On the IT Services Self Registration page you can download software including: ArchGIS, VPN Client and EndNote. We encourage you to install Sophos Anti-Virus on your work devices.

Shopping & Entertainment
Shopping and entertainment discounts (TOTUM card), 10% off in the Ashmolean cafe and shop and the Bodleian Library shop. You also have free access to the University's gardens, parks, libraries and museums.
Pension Schemes
The University operates two pensions of interest to our staff: the OSPS for support staff on grades 1-5, and the USS for staff on an academic or academically-related pay scale.
Lifestyle and health
You can join the University Club, various sporting facilities and get discounted eye tests and prescription financial support. EduHealth offers special private medical insurance rates for staff and family.
Occupational Health
The Occupational Health Service offers a range of services to the University, its employees and eligible students including new starter health assessments and a counselling service. For the latter you may also take a look at Talking Space Plus.

The Newcomers' Club is here to help newly-arrived partners of students, staff and administrative members of the University to settle in and to provide opportunity to meet people in Oxford

The Careers Service offers information for research students and staff, including 1:1 support by phone or online appointment.
The People and Organisational Development team (POD)
POD provides help to individuals with their professional and personal development through a wide range of learning and development opportunities and support to managers.
The Researcher Hub
The hub supports all researchers on fixed-term research or teaching contracts at Oxford. They aim to help you settle in, make connections, grow as a person and extend your research expertise so that you can then approach your next career step with confidence.
Family Friendly Workplace
The University offers a range of childcare services, including holiday play schemes, and an emergency back-up childcare and adultcare. Student parents can access a wealth of services from the University, Oxford Student Union and the County Council.
The Family Leave Scheme offers guidance for staff and managers about the University's maternity, adoption, paternity and shared parental leave schemes.
